Phone systems for manufacturers, shops and trade contractors
On a shop floor nobody hears a desk phone ring. Service techs are out in trucks, not at a desk. We set up phones that work in loud places and reach people wherever they are.
Built for the shop and the field
- Paging speakers and loud ringers so calls are heard over machines.
- Cordless phones and headsets for people who walk the floor.
- Calls that ring the office first, then the owner's cell phone.
- Dispatch lines with call queues so customers are not stuck hearing a busy signal.
- Fax to email for purchase orders and vendor paperwork.
Shared lines
A shared line can appear on many phones at once, so anyone in the shop can grab a call to the parts desk or the main line.
Common questions
Yes. We install paging speakers that play the ring across the shop and can carry pages from any desk phone.
